The location of the hotel is in a charming neighborhood and it's easy to get to from Kaga Onsen station. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with a separate bathroom and a spacious veranda with armchairs. The onsen baths are divine, especially when it's raining outside. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel also features a beautiful foyer and a classy dining area on the upper floor.

The staff at dinner wasn't trained in English, which made it difficult to understand the dishes being served.

Traditional Japanese style, warm service, good food, hot spring. Shuttle pick-up, inviting building, modern interior. Onsen baths wonderful, classy dining area, fantastic dinner. Spacious room, unique dishes, friendly staff. Terrific in-house Onsen, great location for sightseeing. Lots of bus options nearby.

We had a fantastic experience at this 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing exceptional service. They were friendly and helpful, even bringing kids size yukatas for our toddlers. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate bathroom and a veranda where we could relax. The hotel's thermal baths were divine, offering a tranquil and relaxing experience. The onsen also had a unique feature of being partially outdoor, allowing us to enjoy the warm waters while it rained. We were also delighted to witness a group of young artists creating art on-site, adding a fun and artistic touch to our stay.

This venue is highly recommended for families.

We enjoyed our traditional ryokan experience, complete with a beautiful onsen and delicious meals. the staff were very accommodating and helpful with our requests. the location was convenient, being easily accessible from a nearby bus stop and close to various attractions. the private bath was a great feature and allowed us to relax in privacy.

The room also had a lot of dust and caused us allergy problems. the air conditioning was too cold and we couldn't adjust it.
