I recently stayed at a hotel in Cala Bona for a week, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the restaurant served excellent food. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a snack and a glass of chilled white wine, which was much appreciated after my hour-long drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and relaxing, with daily housekeeping to ensure everything was fresh and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also loved the complimentary beach rugs and towels provided at the reception. The hotel's amenities, including the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and evening entertainment, were all top-notch. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was a delicious and diverse spread, with options ranging from warm to cold dishes, including mouth-watering hash browns.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, providing a warm reception and even offering a snack and chilled white wine upon arrival. The breakfast was really nice, with a wide variety of options including vegan and allergy-friendly choices. The location was also great, near the seafront and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. The beds were really comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a huge variety of food and the coffee/espresso was delicious. The location was perfect, with local bars and the seafront just a short walk away.

The pool area was not well maintained and could have been cleaner. The evening meals were repetitive and the cooked food was often served cold.

The pool was a reasonable size with plenty of sunbeds. The suite was nice, with a sunny terrace, although the small, dark sitting room at the rear was not very useful. The whole place looked fairly new. Good street parking and a nearby car park. The location was great, just a 5-10 minute walk to the promenade and port area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. It was also close to many bars and restaurants, and ideal for walking along the promenade and through neighboring resorts. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the friendly staff. There were also interesting workshops available, such as bartending and aioli tasting. The beach, shops, and restaurants were only a minute's walk away. The hotel was clean and the bed was very large, which was perfect for our family.
