The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the metro station at the end of the street. It's just one street away from Shinsaibashisuji, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big bed that ensured a good night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the complementary drinks and snacks that were offered in the room. the convenient location within walking distance of the city's main shopping district and public transport was a real plus. the room was equipped with modern gadgets like USB ports and steam cleaning fridge.

The room was small and lacked storage space. It was quite challenging to find a place to put our suitcases and to move around with limited space.
