The hotel's location next to several Tokyo Metro stations made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff, both human and robot, were helpful and welcoming. The train stations and family marts nearby made our stay convenient. The spacious rooms with big bathtubs were a luxury. The complimentary continental breakfast and free morning tea and cocktail time were a nice touch. The staff member's assistance with check-in and ticket printing was much appreciated.

It was so thoughtful to have the option to have our clothes refreshed and ironed after a long day out. the complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were also a nice touch, and the staff made sure to keep the food well-stocked.
