The bathrooms are spotless and the hotel offers carefully selected amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially to families with children. The Japanese Suite is highly recommended, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations with a fantastic Japanese style bathroom. The suite also has great views of the city and overlooks the swimming pool, spa, and tennis court. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of both Western and Japanese food.

The highlight of our experience was the delicious menu at the Chinese restaurant, recommended by the wonderful assistant manager, Ms. Kawashima. The shrimp mayonnaise was simply heavenly. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Nagoya.

They made our stay very pleasurable and were truly exceptional! The staff, in general, were great and helped us with everything, even posting an item we left in the room to our next hotel. The free shuttle service and the Tesla car display outside were a nice touch. The room was spacious for our family of 4, including a provided cot. Breakfast was good, and the staff at breakfast, especially Ms Tsuta, were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient with plenty of F&B options, nearby convenience stores, and a big pharmacy and Don Don Donki for shopping.
