I had an amazing time at the Hilton in Okinawa. The ocean view from my spacious room was absolutely beautiful, both day and night. The location was convenient, although navigating the one-way streets for parking could be a bit tricky. The hotel is perfect for families with kids, as there are plenty of activities and amenities for them. The pools were nice, although a bit crowded at times with children. The overall service was excellent, with the staff always being friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Great pools and delicious buffet. The pools were a highlight of our trip and the buffet was a great option for both dinner and breakfast. the hotel's location offered a beautiful view of the sea, and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area with lots of activities to do. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Lack of attention to detail and poor service. there was a lack of poolside service, and we had to go out of our way to get basic amenities like towels.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially to our children. We received a free upgrade to a room with a sea view and enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The hotel's convenient location in America Village made it easy to find everything we needed, including shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The spacious room was perfect for our family, allowing us to comfortably unpack our luggage.

We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay and had no reason to complain.
