The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice pool area. the outdoor space was pleasant, light, and airy, which added to the overall ambiance. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and the bathroom area was impressive.

The service at the bar area was poor, slow, and indifferent. It took a long time to order a drink and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

We stayed at Sheraton for a leisure trip and were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a club room. The breakfast on the 21st floor was excellent, and we enjoyed the complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks in the evening. The restaurant served amazing food, especially the best chocolate dessert ever! The prices were reasonable and the room was spacious with a comfortable huge bed. We also loved the indoor bar area with individual fire pits and plenty of sun loungers. The WiFi was excellent and the location was convenient for short Uber rides to various attractions. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Providencia for a conference. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The classic room we had was reasonably priced and the lounge area around the pool felt like a resort. The bathroom was small, but the shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the wifi was fast. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The service at the lobby bar was slow and disorganized. There were issues with the wifi connection and a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain.

The concierge desk and bag storage were very helpful, and the breakfast was really good despite a couple of coffee machine hiccups. The modern rooms were updated, and the location was within walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. the staff was friendly and efficient, making me feel like an important guest at the hotel.
