Convenient location near Sasazuka Station and bus stop. Modern rooms with comfortable beds, spacious Japanese-style room option for larger groups. Well-stocked bathroom with branded toiletries. Quiet surroundings and reliable wifi connection. Free umbrellas available at the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Tokyo. The three rooms per floor layout gave us a sense of privacy and the spacious rooms were extremely comfortable. The amenities, including clean bathrooms, free WiFi, and a large screen TV, made it feel like a luxury hotel. The location in a safe area with easy subway access to all the popular sites was a major plus. We also appreciated the convenience of having 7-Elevens and local restaurants nearby. Despite being close to a major freeway, the sound isolation was excellent, and we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us. While the room had a few cosmetic issues like stained carpet and ripped wallpaper, it was still very clean, so it didn't bother us. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

my fifth trip to japan and himalaya cloud hotel definitely stood out. incredible staff, language barrier handled with patience, allowed late check-in, set up additional bed. convenient location in quieter part of town. spacious room, clean with minor carpet and wallpaper issues, but eco-friendly approach appreciated. would stay again.

Bathrobe was dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at Himalaya Cloud. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, and a train station. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooftop hangout was a charming spot to relax. The staff, especially Kamila, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Kamila provided excellent guidance on navigating the train system, helped us book tickets, and gave great shopping tips. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Japan.

The complimentary snacks provided by the elevator were a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner and a train station a short walk away. the room was clean and comfortable.

The lack of hanging space for clothes was a major inconvenience during my business trip. the parking situation was unclear and caused some confusion upon my arrival.
