Excellent hotel with professional staff, great breakfast, and convenient location near tourist attractions and local areas. Laundry machines with added convenience. Beds are comfortable and large, with nice bathroom facilities. Supermarkets and transport links nearby. Eco cleaning option available.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were professional and always ready to assist with any request. One specific example that stood out was when we asked for some additional items during breakfast. The next morning, the same lady who supervised the buffet remembered our request and brought us the items without us even having to ask. Another great aspect of this hotel was its attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a massage chair that was an absolute delight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a day exploring the city. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated in a residential area in the center of the city. We had easy access to transportation and nearby supermarkets, making our stay even more convenient. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is not very near any trains or metro, which would have been even more convenient. However, it is close to a bus stop that connects you to everywhere in Kyoto. The room is small but efficiently arranged and spotlessly clean. The staff members are kind and attentive. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety of options.

The hotel lacks places to relax other than the room.
