The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is not too far from the station and also close to Himeji Castle. The onsen and spa on site are large and offer a variety of baths, allowing guests to relax and unwind. The front staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.

Some guests have noted that the rooms might be a bit dated and in need of renovation.

The onsen and location were the best aspects of our xmas stay. The onsen had a great variety and the staff were kind. The location was secure with plenty of parking. It was also close to the main attractions in the area.

There was a misnomer in the hotel name as it was further away from the castle than we thought. The hotel was also pretty old and there were issues with the hot water in the room and common areas.

The location is a bit far from the JR station, but there is a shuttle bus service or taxi available. The Japanese spa is amazing, with multiple onsen pools and a sauna room. The staff at the front desk are kind and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Shuttle service to the station is convenient.

The Castle Grandvrio Hotel in Himeji exceeded our expectations with its warm welcome and perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised by the "onsen" facilities, which were the highlight of our stay. The shuttle bus service from Himeji train station was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location near the castle and easy access from the railway station. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities in the air-conditioned rooms make for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, although limited, includes some cereal options.
