The Japanese-style rooms provide a unique experience, although some guests with allergies had issues with the tatami flooring. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even switching out bedding to suit guests' needs. The onsen baths were a comfortable and relaxing way to unwind, with an indoor and outdoor pool available. Nearby, there were many restaurants to choose from, offering a variety of dining options.

The bathrooms in the hotel were described as quite small and required guests to remember to position their bodies to enter and exit.

From the friendly welcome with tea and juices for the children to the Japanese style breakfast served with care and consideration, every aspect is well thought out and designed to enhance your stay. The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, even providing maps and guidebooks so you can make the most of your time in the area.

The hotel's location, with a great view of the river and mountains, was one of the best aspects of our Easter stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with a map and guide book to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast which was really tasty. the onsen was clean and relaxing, and we appreciated the variety of shampoos and conditioners offered.

One of the worst aspects was the size of the outdoor onsen, which was a bit cramped. the decor and facilities in the public areas could use a little updating.
