The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was close to all the New Year festivities and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were also some unpleasant odors in the room.

We had a great stay at a lovely property with loads of character. Cintra House is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions, although it may be a bit challenging for families with small children. Our family double room at the rear of the property was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were well-furnished. the bathroom, although small, was perfectly sufficient. the property managers and desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the attached cafe was a cute addition to our stay. Definitely a place we would come back to!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this old building in the center of the old town. The hotel facilities were great, including the complementary coffee and water. The location was perfect, being near Chulia street and in the heart of Georgetown.
