We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our trip. This venue's location right opposite the train station was super convenient for us to commute. The room was spacious and equipped with all amenities we could ever need, including a hair curler and shoe dryer! The staff was really friendly and provided us with useful information about our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible and included a wide variety of food options. We particularly enjoyed trying different dishes each day.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We enjoy the convenience of the hotel's location, near not just one but two train stations - so easy to jump from the airport to our hotel room and be in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle in mere minutes. We found ourselves exploring many interesting areas, from cafes to restaurants, all within walking distance. Plus, our room had a hair straightener and a foot massager for that added touch of comfort.

The cramped size of the room was a real downside. It felt like we had to tiptoe and maneuver our way around the luggage just to walk from one side of the room to the other.

Brand new, excellent location next to Nankai Namba Station with direct access to KIX airport. Room features foot massage machine and great bathroom amenities. Access to washer/dryer and complimentary morning coffee at the reception. Amazing staff support, they let me use their phone and extended my stay when I was sick. Will definitely return.

The amenities provided in the room were impressive, particularly the foot massager which was a welcome relief after a long day of exploring the city. the tablet in the room was also very helpful and informative, providing information about the room and the hotel's facilities including the availability of the laundry machines. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of options for food and convenience stores within walking distance.

The beds were uncomfortable and surprisingly hard, which made for a less than restful night's sleep. the size of the beds was smaller than expected, which felt cramped for two people.
