The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport which was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The business centre was well-equipped and allowed me to easily handle my work commitments. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including healthy options, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was pleasant.

One minor negative aspect was the additional charge for parking. It would have been more convenient if this cost was included in the room rate.

I stayed at Residence Inn for one night with my son before school started. It truly felt like a home away from home. The suite setup with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us and the common area was spacious and well-equipped. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The location was great, especially with Moxie's next door for convenient dining options. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at Residence Inn made sure to address any issues during my stay. When I requested a change of bedsheets, they promptly brought them to my door. Additionally, the housekeeping staff fixed a noisy exhaust in the bathroom without me even having to complain. Their attention to detail and quick response was commendable.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with great housekeeping service. Despite some minor issues like a lack of coffee and soap in the dishwasher, the overall cleanliness was impressive.

The rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space to keep our belongings organized. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise disturbances during our stay. Despite being close to the airport, plane noise was minimal and never interrupted our sleep. The breakfast was good, and we appreciated having a little kitchen in our room. The little basketball court outside was a nice bonus, and we even got to play with a ball borrowed from the staff. we had an excellent family weekend at Residence Inn By Marriott Toronto Airport, and we would definitely book it again.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. the location is perfect with several good restaurants within walking distance, giving you plenty of options for meals. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the hotel offers a range of basic amenities, such as a fully complete kitchen in the rooms, which was a great addition. And let's not forget about the fabulous hot buffet breakfast that was included, giving me a great start to each day.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience and couldn't find any faults with this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The spacious rooms, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and separate bedroom, made our stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail, such as providing dish soap and a crib upon request, was impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide selection of delicious options.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

A Smooth Check-In Experience

We had a fantastic check-in experience at Residence Inn. Justin at the front desk was professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially with our toddler in tow. He made us feel welcome and ensured our stay started off on the right foot. The spacious suite was spotless and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The WiFi worked perfectly and we had no issues connecting. Nyma also deserves praise for promptly resolving a small issue in our room. We would definitely recommend Residence Inn for a night or two either before or after a flight.
