The staff were friendly and the beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. it was a great experience staying here!

I did find that there were nearly no windows on the whole floor, which made the dormitory bedroom and common spaces feel a bit cramped.

For the value I paid, my stay at the hostel was a steal. The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, train stations, and plenty of dining options. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even engaged in a friendly conversation about my country.

As for the breakfast option, it could use a little improvement.

We had a great stay at a hostel in Kobe called Anchorage. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the common room was a really nice place to relax. the sleeping area was spacious and quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. the hostel also had convenient amenities like a kitchen and wash machine. Plus, the location was perfect, close to a convenience store and shopping street, as well as the train station. we highly recommend Anchorage for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kobe.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious capsule beds that had lockers and space for suitcases. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The common area was a great place to socialize and connect with other travelers. it was a top-notch stay.

The beds were comfortable and spacious, and I appreciated the shelf and large lockbox. The common area had plenty of kitchen space and seating options. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea.

I had a short visit at Hostel Anchorage, arriving late and leaving early the next day. The owner was super friendly and spoke excellent English. The triple room I had all to myself was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic, with a 10-minute walk to the ocean and shops nearby. The beds were comfortable and the common area was a great place to relax. Wish I could've stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel! Anchorage was the perfect place to call home during our time in the city. the owner, Hazu, was incredibly sweet and had a genuine backpacking spirit, having traveled around the world himself. He kept the premises clean and well-maintained, and we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. the single room was great value and the kitchen was fully equipped. the location was central and convenient, with Chinatown and delicious Chinese street food just steps away. We also appreciated that Hazu spoke excellent English and took the time to chat with us and answer any questions we had.
