I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, as it was situated in a common area next to the major tourist locations. Plus, being next to the river where boats leave from was a huge advantage. This meant that I could easily hop on a river cruise right in front of the hotel and explore the city from a unique perspective. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining options. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was impeccable, with the rooms always being clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the various amenities provided in the room, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing me to easily stay connected during my stay. The overall comfort and quality of this place truly enhanced my experience.

The breakfasts were tasty and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of a major railway station and a popular shopping mall. The hotel itself was also architecturally stunning and had a beautiful view of the river.

My stay during Christmas was dampened by the lack of festive decorations and ambiance throughout the hotel. The staff seemed uninterested in providing any holiday cheer.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Riverside Hotel. The location was fantastic, situated in a historic building complex near the famous Ukraina Hotel. The hotel had a cozy and modern interior, and our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of pastries and fruits. We also enjoyed the convenience of a coffee machine in our room. Despite a few noise issues due to the thin walls, the hotel provided earplugs to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the 24/7 manned reception was a plus. we had a great experience at Riverside Hotel and would recommend it to others.
