the rooms were nice and spacious, with a private bathroom/shower. the renovation on a budget made the rooms look modern, and everything was spotlessly clean. the location was central, just a 5-minute walk to the historic quarter. the staff provided basic amenities and a luggage storage option. the restaurant served tasty food as well. a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The bar and restaurant on-site were so convenient, especially during the winter when many other places close early. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and they had a great selection at the bar. The cleanliness of my private room was impeccable, and they even provided room cleaning service. The room itself had fantastic facilities, including a microwave, cooking stove, washing machine, and detergent. The bathroom had high-quality soap, conditioner, and shampoo. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from the famous Ohara Museum. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. They even had all-female bunk rooms available, which was a huge plus. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast staying at this awesome hostel! The room was huge for the price, and we even had a washing machine in the room which was super convenient. The interior decor was top-notch and created a cozy vibe. The hostel's bar downstairs was a hit with friendly staff and a great lounge area. The location in the historic district was perfect, with beautiful canals and streets to explore. Plus, there were plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. a fantastic stay, especially for a family like ours.

cuore surpassed our expectations during our family holiday in kurashiki. from the smart design and charming atmosphere to the amazing staff and local beverage introductions, we were blown away. the location was also a plus, with the old town and museums just blocks away. we wish we had stayed longer!

I chose this charming hotel as a base for exploring the nearby art island, Naoshima. The staff was amazing, introducing us to local beverages and providing delicious snacks even when the kitchen was closed. The design of the hotel is well thought-out, with cute and cozy common areas, a lounge, and a small terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a choice to have bedsheets changed daily or not. The location, a short walk from the historical quarter and canal area, was perfect. a delightful stay.

I had the pleasure of smelling fresh paint and glue in my room for the entire stay. The creaky wood floors were an interesting touch, allowing me to hear every movement of my fellow guests. Oh, and let's not forget the staff's captivating stares in the lobby.

Such a shame that the bar was off limits due to a wedding party, especially since it was the only place with internet access. How inconvenient!

We had a great time staying at Cuore. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historical district of Kurashiki. The hostel had a nice aesthetic and an open vibe, which we loved. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast, which consisted of a sandwich and granola/yogurt with juice, was a great start to our day. The pictures accurately depicted what the hostel looks like. We especially enjoyed the open area on the second floor where we could relax and unwind. The public bathroom was clean and well-equipped, and we never had to wait to use it. Additionally, there were nice scenic spots just a couple of minutes' walk away, such as a river, bridge. Plus, there was a convenient Family Mart across the road.
