The location of 88 Shinsaibashi was perfect for exploring the vibrant Dōtonbori area, with its numerous shopping and dining options. I loved that the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the massage chairs and free lavender pocket bags. The staff were polite and even offered us a ride to the OCAT when we had multiple bags. I had a fantastic stay at 88 Shinsaibashi and would highly recommend it.

This hotel has everything you need for a great stay. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with super comfy beds. We also loved the location in the city center with access to all the sights and a great view of the expressway right outside the window. Breakfast was included which was awesome.

Our New Year stay was just what we needed! the hotel was ideally located close to the main train station and some great shopping. the large rooms were really comfortable and allowed us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We loved the free drinks in the lobby lounge and the massage chairs were a bonus.

Another downside was the fact that the glasses weren't replaced by the maid. But overall, these were small issues that didn't take away from our enjoyable stay.

The staff at Hotel 88 were incredibly helpful and provided exceptional service. They offered the use of the hotel van and suggested taking the airport limousine for convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with separate shower and toilet facilities. The hotel also provided complimentary drinks in the lobby and a dining area for guests. The shuttle service to the bus terminal was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

As a young family, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to Namba train station and the airport. The hotel was also close to popular attractions like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even offering to drive us to nearby places. The common lounge area was a great space to relax, and we enjoyed the free drinks and snacks provided. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Although the hotel had many positives, the elevator space was a bit small and couldn't accommodate larger suitcases.
