Loved the helpful staff and the massage chairs!

Rooms are small and a bit too cold for my liking!!! Free drinks are nice, but the overall vibe felt cramped and I’d love to see more space and better heating!!! The location is convenient but a bit chaotic at times!!! I felt a bit overwhelmed in the common areas!!!

The rooms were a bit basic, but the staff were super friendly and helped carry our bags, which was a real win. The location's a goldmine—right near Dotonbori!

this hotel was super amazin! the staff were all really nice and helped us a ton, even took us to the bus station for free! the location is perf, super close to dtown and lots of shops. rooms were way bigger than most places i stayed in japan. Free drinks and massage chairs in the lobby, total win! loved the dyson hair dryer, too, like, why doesn’t every hotel have that?

only two small complaints, there was no breakfast served and the shower head could be bigger. also, wish they had more english tv channels.

the location was a bit far from the main attractions , which was a little inconvenient. but the free drinks at the lobby were awesome, the spacious room was perfect for my fam , and the free ride to the station was super helpful.

My stay was smooth. The location was great, and the staff were helpful with everything, including rides to the bus station. I had a lot of comfort from the well-sized room after walking around all day. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice perk. A highlight was the free massage chairs. perfect after a long day of exploring. I appreciated how everything was organized and clean. I stayed with my family, so this was important for us.

But there was no breakfast offered. The location was amazing, so close to the metro and Dotonbori. Our room was big and well-equipped, and the lobby offered complimentary drinks and cozy seating, which was a nice touch.

We loved our stay here, especially with the free massage chairs in the lobby for relaxing after our long days and all-day free drinks that kept us refreshed. While I wish the room hadn't had a slight smell, it didn't take away from how cozy and spacious it was. Make sure to check out the dining area for a nice morning vibe with fellow guests! 😊

Great central location, just a short walk from Dotonbori and various restaurants. The quirky design added a fun vibe, complemented by amenities like free coffee, drink machines, and relaxation areas with massage chairs. Staff were exceptionally friendly, providing complimentary rides to nearby stations, ensuring a stress-free experience. While the absence of breakfast was noted, clean and spacious rooms made the stay enjoyable. Definitely a surprise for a three-star establishment.
