The cabin room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a backpacker like me. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the public baths and gym that were available for all guests. The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes away from the train station. I also loved the proximity to the shopping dome behind BigCamera. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with regularly cleaned toilets and fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, convenience, and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. It was so convenient being located right in front of the JR station, making transportation a breeze. The breakfast served had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The capsule room at Abest Grande was surprisingly spacious, with enough room to accommodate my luggage and even a small table. The amenities provided such as PJs, towels, slippers, and a pillow and futon made my stay comfortable. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly assisting me with any requests. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right next to the station and close to bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend Abest Grande for its comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The lobby is well-decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The complementary toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit were a nice touch. the location was perfect, only a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants.

The noise level from other guests was a problem. the walls didn't provide much sound insulation and we could hear people walking by and using the toilet all night.
