The room at Hotel Alps was incredibly spacious, with a luxurious couch and a relaxing massage chair. The bathroom was impressive, featuring a whirlpool bath that was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Osaka. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away from the vibrant Dotonbori street, offering plenty of exciting nightlife options. I was very satisfied with the size of the room and the value for money it provided.

Convenient location, close to Narra Station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with a large bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent WiFi and good breakfast options. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Liked the spacious room with amazing amenities. the hot tub in the bathroom was a Christmas treat, and the daily cleaning kept it pristine. the location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, and in walking distance to two stations. Plus, the Christmas atmosphere in the area was buzzing.

Disliked the limited breakfast options, but with so many dining options outside the hotel that wasn't a big issue. the room had a lack of wall outlets, which made it difficult to charge more than one device at a time.

This hotel offers amazing value for money with its spacious and luxurious rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, from the big double bed to the added amenities like the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect, right in the busy shopping center and within walking distance to Dotonbori street with its vibrant nightlife. The fact that there are two 24-hour convenience stores nearby is a huge convenience.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory or better.

The hotel room had a Jacuzzi and massage chair, comfy bed, free snacks and VOD movies, all at a great price. Conveniently located near Namba Station and amenities. Friendly staff and full facilities provided. Excellent value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with many attractions within walking distance such as the famous market and the Bunraku theatre. It is also conveniently close to transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom and great facilities. The service is impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned daily. The breakfast options, although limited, are not a concern as there are plenty of dining options nearby.

There is a slight inconvenience of having to carry our own luggage up and down the stairs.
