The staff was super friendly and made us feel like VIPs. We had a blast playing strike and pocket and badminton on the hotel grounds. The games added an extra level of fun to our vacation. The rooms were comfy and the food at the restaurant was fire!

The only thing we wished for was a rocking party scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they had a dance floor and some sick beats to keep the party going all night long.

During our stay at the Grand Plaza, we were lucky enough to be treated to an early morning visit to the tea plantations. The General Manager personally arranged transport and guided us through the beautiful flora and fauna, sharing the fascinating history of the plantations. It was an unforgettable and emotional experience. The staff at the hotel and restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had a top-notch stay. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the mountains, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, being near the local town and also close to the natural beauty of the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the morning tea plantation walk, which was very insightful and professionally guided. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, allowing me to take in the mesmerizing landscape of the area. I also appreciated the efforts made by the hotel to maintain an eco-friendly environment, such as producing their own soap and using sustainable practices.

Had an incredible stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the center of town but still peaceful. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us arrange transportation to the airport. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection. the highlight was spotting wild elephants during a morning walk. Truly a value for money experience.

With senior travelers in mind, it would have been even more perfect if the children working there could have been more mindful of the needs of older guests, such as offering assistance with carrying luggage or providing extra support when needed.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, on the edge of town and just a short tuk tuk ride to the center. We loved being able to walk to nearby tea plantations, cafes for tea, Munnar town, and the bus stand. The staff here is so helpful and good. They offer a morning walk that was a highlight of our time here and such a special way to see the most beautiful tea plantation. The GM, Mr. Balaji, is clearly very hands-on and runs a very tight ship. He is very cooperative and made sure we had the best experience possible. The amenities and facilities here are great, with a spa, wellness center, karaoke, and even a game room. we highly recommend this place to families.

The general manager took me on a lovely evening walk to a local tea plantation, where I witnessed the beauty of the sunrise and saw the local women picking tea leaves.
