The lounge, laundry room, vending machines, and amenities are all great. The bathrooms are spacious with a big shower area.

The hotel is in a great part of the city, near famous buildings and attractions, yet pleasantly quiet. the staff is helpful and attentive, offering assistance with lost luggage and information about the area. the in-room amenities are modern and the hotel offers communal facilities such as a water dispenser, washing machine, ice machine, and microwave for all guests.

The small size of the rooms is expected in Tokyo, but it can be a bit too cramped for some. the policy of cleaning the rooms after four days is not ideal, and the excuse of it being for eco-friendliness is questionable as new towels are provided daily.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanek Shinjuku Kabukicho! the hotel is new, clean, and located in a quiet area away from the bustling areas of Shinjuku. the staff were incredibly helpful when my luggage was lost during my travel from Kyoto to Tokyo. They quickly located it and delivered it to my room. the king Japanese room was comfortable and made good use of space. the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
