Breakfast was decent and we got it brought to our room on the first day. the staff was friendly enough and the new renovations looked good. the location was pretty secure and peaceful.

We had a lot of trouble sleeping both nights due to noise. On the first night, we were disturbed by talking at reception and noise coming through the window.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - away from the touristy and more expensive area, but still in a safe and charming neighborhood. We felt secure and at ease, even when wandering around at night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the modern amenities provided enhanced our stay. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The room at Poma Rosa was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rain shower, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a good area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall stay was enjoyable.

They provided excellent room service and housekeeping, ensuring that everything was clean and comfortable. I even had the convenience of a grocery shopping service and airport shuttle, making my trip hassle-free. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a patio with garden furniture where I could relax and unwind. the level of service and the comfort provided at this hotel were superb.

Great location in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Safe and quiet at night. Metro station within walking distance. Excellent customer service from Miss Ana Vera and Miss Paulina Zapata. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Exceptional service at Hotel Pomarosa! The location in Laureles was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby and a short walk to the metro. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the facilities were sparkling clean. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. a fantastic deal!

We had a great stay at Poma Rosa. the hotel is clean, the bed is huge, and the bathroom is fantastic. the hot water was a nice touch, and we loved the amazing balcony in our room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location felt secure and peaceful. the breakfast, delivered to our room on the first day, was pretty good with a variety of options. a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.
