The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Naruto straits. The gastronomic dinner at the "Gifts of the Sea" restaurant was a true delight. The service provided by the English-speaking reception staff was flawless. We were even greeted by a driver from the hotel limousine upon our arrival at JR Naruto station. The hotel had an inviting ambience and the dinner at the Japanese Restaurant was excellent. The staffs were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was amazing. The cleanliness of the room and the size of the balcony, with a view of the Seto bridge, were impressive. The facilities and the overall service made our stay truly memorable.

The room was clean and spacious, complete with a balcony offering a lovely view of the nearby bridge. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant itself had a great view and the service was top-notch. We also received a thoughtful gift from the manager, adding a personal touch to our stay.

Exceptional staff, spacious rooms with amazing views of the straights and sunset. Delicious dinner with numerous courses. Breakfast equally impressive with a choice of Japanese or western. Efficient checkout and friendly farewell from staff. A wonderful location for a stopover to or from Shikoku.

That laundry service was not available, making long stays inconvenient. towels did not dry properly as they were placed on a rack inside the shower.
