The front desk lady was incredibly polite and friendly, always making us smile. The breakfast buffet and service were excellent, and Chef Nate's dinner was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small refrigerator and coffee maker in our room.

On the downside, the hotel lacked cleanliness, with numerous reports of hair on the bathroom floor, dusty AC units, and poor housekeeping. the ongoing renovations also resulted in some rooms being in a state of construction, causing inconvenience for guests.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for a few nights while my daughter attended an LSU camp. The hotel's proximity to LSU was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and although the furniture could use an update, it seemed like they were working on it during my stay. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the laminate wood floors in the room, as they felt much cleaner than carpet. The hotel also had a Keurig coffee machine in the room and a restaurant on-site, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The lobby and conference rooms were lovely, and the gym was great.

Comfy bed, great AC, and helpful staff. the location was convenient, right off the highway. There was also a bar on-site, which was nice for a quick drink.

The breakfast was supposed to be complimentary but ended up being charged. the bar closed early because there was only one worker, so we had to go elsewhere for drinks.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace where I could relax and take in the stunning views of the garden. The hotel also offered a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness studio, and even a golf course. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided here.

The service was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a more attentive staff. The welcome drink and happy hour were a great touch that made us feel very welcome. The amenities were top-notch, from the fitness studio to the swimming pool, everything was well-maintained and made our stay very comfortable.
