The public bath experience was incredibly relaxing after long days of sightseeing, a perfect way to unwind.

The air conditioning system was somewhat noisy and could be disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

A delightful blend of culture and comfort

The location is superb—only a 3-minute stroll to Kyoto Station, making it a perfect base. The on-site onsen was spacious and the laundry machines were a lifesaver, featuring both washing and drying in one go.

The road outside was quite noisy, and getting alternative shades for the windows could enhance the experience. Additionally, the bed placement against the wall took some adjusting.

That mattress protector really needs attention!!! Stained upon arrival and no action taken!!! Breakfast options limited and long wait times were frustrating!!! The refusal to provide takeaway for breakfast was quite disappointing!!!

This was just an excellent fit for a weekend rest in Kyoto with value for price. The staff were kind and offered to help with my luggage, which made settling in easy. Make sure to check out the on-site onsen for a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

absolutely horrendous experience. my room was disgustingly filthy, and i was told no room changes. also, can you believe i was not offered a single complimentary bottle of water for such an overpriced stay? the onsen was decent, but staff completely neglected my comfort. i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t, too many flaws

The proximity to the train station makes it a prime location, especially for catching Shinkansen. The staff excelled in service, remarkable when they quickly located my lost backpack and even provided helpful translations for the station agent. Clean, sleek rooms offered spacious areas for luggage, and the nearby Family Mart adds convenience for snacks. While I didn't try the breakfast, it appeared popular among other guests. A charming café in the lobby adds to the pleasant atmosphere.

Loved the onsen to unwind after our adventures! It’s super clean and located in a nice, quiet area—perfect after a long day. Oh, and kiddo was thrilled with the daily ice popsicles!

The air conditioning was louder than a marching band, and the toilet sounded like a distant jet engine! Earplugs became my new best friend!

this hotel is super close to kyoto station which is a big plus. the room was decently big and had a ton of space to open my big suitcase. the bed was really comfy and i loved the in-room sleepwear. also, they had their staff help sending my suitcase to the next stop which was really nice. check-in was easy peasy too.

the wifi was kinda slow and the breakfast wasn’t included which is a bummer.
