Good location, nice inside and out. Clean and tidy rooms, although family room not spacious as advertised. Lovely to have twin beds instead of cramped singles. Perfect location, easy to walk everywhere. Valet parking provides peace of mind. Excellent breakfast, best in recent stays. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Helpful staff allowed early access to room and late check-out, making things much easier. Very much appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of this beautiful city. The location couldn't be better, as it is within walking distance of all the main sights and right next to the Grand Arcade. The rooms were posh and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was of great quality. I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and I was impressed by the level of comfort and quality of service provided. The room was extremely comfortable with great bedding and plenty of towels. Despite there being a Christmas party in full swing, the room was very quiet and I had a restful night's sleep. The room was spotless and clean, and the check-in and check-out process was excellent, including valet parking. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the valet service was a tremendous bonus, allowing me to forget about my car and easily explore the busy city. The Executive lounge was also a great advantage, offering a relaxing atmosphere in the early evening after a busy day of sightseeing.

The hotel also offered a complementary bottle of bubbly, glasses, and nibbles to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. this hotel is a perfect choice for its cleanliness, facilities, parking, and location close to everything in this city.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shopping side of town and is within easy reach of the city centre. It is also right next to the Grand Arcade shopping centre, offering guests easy access to a range of shops and amenities. Additionally, the rooms are large and very clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel can be difficult to access due to the one-way system in Cambridge.

We loved the location! This place was at the centre of the city, close to everything and with easy access to tours and attractions. The room amenities were great - we had a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was helpful and attentive, and we especially appreciated the welcome drink upon checking in.
