We had a great stay at Hotel Androoms Sakae. the location was fantastic, close to Nagoya Castle and just a short walk from the popular Sakae area. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family with a stroller and kids. the modern Japanese washlet in the bathroom was a nice touch, and my son loved the auto toilet seat lifting and night light. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had a last-minute change in our party due to a family emergency. the breakfast was delicious and the toasted red bean sandwich was a hit with the kids. We also appreciated the complimentary popsicles outside the public bath.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to Hisaya-odori station and a variety of dining options nearby. The rooms, though small, are clean and come equipped with free Dyson hairdryers.

The hotel location is very convenient, near to the metro station and the TV tower. During Christmas, the front desk gave us a small gift which was a lovely gesture, and the Wi-Fi signal was fast and reliable. the top floor amenities such as the washing machine, ice machine, and public bath were great and very convenient.

The front desk staff had poor English skills which made communication difficult. the slippers provided were not hygienic, and the amenities given were limited and only available upon request.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near Nagoya Castle and downtown restaurants and bars. The complimentary phone/navigation device was a great bonus!
