I always return for Christmas. First visit staff recommended great places to eat. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV. I have everything I need - off-site car park, lift, electric kettle, darts, welcome drink.

Location is ideal for exploring the nearby river and main attraction area. the lounge offers free wine, coffee, tea, and even curry rice, making it a fun hangout spot. the hotel anticipates travelers' needs by providing complimentary toiletries and refreshments. Late checkout is available for a reasonable rate, ensuring a stress-free stay.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved, with dust and dirt found in corners and under furniture. Lack of reminders or timers for the karaoke room rental resulted in unexpected charges for extra time.
