The facilities were clean, with all necessary amenities provided such as linen, towels, and toiletries. the public bath was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Location-wise, it was very central, close to many attractions and dining options. the wide capsules with plenty of space for luggage were a plus.

The walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring capsules often disturbed my sleep. Despite using earplugs, I was woken up frequently, so light sleepers may have trouble getting a good night's rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean facilities at Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi. The spaciousness of each capsule made me feel comfortable, and I appreciated the generous amenities provided. The in-house spa/bath on the 9th floor was a fantastic bonus. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Dotonbori. Despite the minor inconvenience of the cabin being a bit warm when the curtain was drawn, the overall comfort and coziness of the room made it a great stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were even prepacked razors and toothbrushes available for use. While the lack of coin laundry facilities and limited hangars were small drawbacks, they did not significantly impact my enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and cozy atmosphere.

Super clean and comfy, the bed was really comfortable and the sheets were changed daily. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping area and close to public transportation. the public bath on the top floor was amazing, it was so relaxing to soak and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The capsule was a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in a capsule hotel. Noise could be an issue if you are sensitive, as the walls are not very soundproof.

The 8th floor sento was fantastic, cozy and well-maintained. The design and use of space were impressive. Free pajamas and excellent toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff.
