Perfect location for volcano visit, sites around Hilo, and drive to Kona side. Peaceful neighborhood with friendly cat. Comfortable beds and separate sleeping arrangements for kids. Cynthia, the host, was helpful and offered coffee and breakfast recommendations nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was quite near the city center by car. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My room had tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. The garden furniture was a nice touch and I loved the free toiletries. this place provided excellent room amenities that enhanced my stay.

If you're looking for a place to stay with your family, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Even though parking was a bit tricky, the cozy and comfortable room made up for that. I highly recommend this spot.

I recently stayed at a guest house that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with attractions just a short distance away. Additionally, it was close to a fully equipped mall, making it convenient for all my needs. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained and fully equipped. The service I received was outstanding, with friendly staff members who were helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Not to mention, the view was breathtaking, giving me a beautiful backdrop to wake up to.

There was one negative aspect that I couldn't overlook. The shared living space was a bit cluttered and not as clean as I had expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic guest house in Hilo. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable twin beds and a larger queen or king bed. Cynthia, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even offered us coffee in the morning after our stay. the house had beautiful tropical-themed interiors and the double-bed bedroom was equipped with a TV, plenty of sockets, and powerful fans to beat the tropical heat. the shared bathroom was clean and the showers were heated and powerful, perfect after a long day of outdoor activities. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and coffee-maker. the parking was ample, and there was even a laundry facility available for use. the location was also convenient, with a nearby shopping center that had various dining options. But the best part of our stay was Cynthia's warm hospitality and genuine kindness.

Had a great Xmas weekend with nice complementary drinks and snacks, plus the perfect location near the beach and the city center. loved the cozy and homely atmosphere created by the host.

Some cleanliness issues and a lack of attention to maintenance, such as termites in the balcony and kitchen and black mold in the shower, created discomfort. Plus, the loud frogs during the night made it challenging to get a good night's rest.

The location of the guest house is quite convenient, as it is near the city center, the falls, and the volcano park. It is also close to other attractions, such as a drive across the saddle road to the Kona side of the island. it is easily accessible to restaurants, the airport, and other amenities.

The cleanliness of the accommodations needs improvement.
