The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR Station, making it easy to access from the train. It is also near many restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and provide excellent service. The room is clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is a decent size and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast spread is good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel parking is limited, and the overflow parking is quite far from the hotel and not well marked.

Arriving to the hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome from the receptionist. He seemed to recognize us before we even introduced ourselves, setting a great tone for our stay. The service throughout our visit was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist us and even providing umbrellas on rainy days. The hotel interior was beautifully designed, and the view from our room showcased the stunning surrounding mountains. Although the backside of the hotel may appear a bit shabby, don't let it deceive you as the overall experience is top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, this hotel offered a spread of delicious breakfast options that included local cuisine and Western options. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with hands-free luggage delivery services. the hotel was located near a plethora of restaurants and had an eye-catching lobby.

The window in the room was hard to open and posed a safety hazard when unlocked. the cost of the hotel was high for the age of the fixtures in the room, which were becoming outdated.
