Great location near JR and Subway Shin Sapporo, convenient for city travel and airport access. Nice views from high floor with big comfortable beds. Good shops and restaurants in-house with reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended for all.

Located right in front of the train station, making it convenient for guests to navigate around the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a TV. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating requests promptly. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread that exceeded expectations.

The hotel itself was outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it uncomfortably hot during our stay.

Friendly staff, great location and spacious rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast at Hotel Emisia. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Western dishes to choose from. The hotel's convenient location near the Shin Sapporo station made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Sapporo.

The location was a little out of the way, making it difficult to find local attractions easily.
