Excellent Service Recovery

During our stay, we encountered a small issue with our key cards not working. However, the staff at Courtyard By Marriott Paris La Defense West - Colombes were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem. They were attentive and made sure that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service recovery.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, not too far from the city centre and in a nice quiet area. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a great view. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others. It provides enhanced comfort and quality services that are hard to find elsewhere.
