Loved the daily fresh coffee selection and tea corner, so relaxing to enjoy. Rooms are a bit small but very ccomfortable.

my experience was fantastic as the hotel is just a few steps away from amazing dining options and only a short walk to the beautiful kenrokuen garden, which made city strolls very enjoyable throughout my stay.

The King Room was comfortable, providing a cozy stay. While the location required a 30-minute walk to the nightlife area, there were decent dining options nearby. Great for couples looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to local attractions.

Really lovely place! We stayed in the Superior Twin Room for 3 nights, and from the moment we walked in, we could tell it was high quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the beautiful bathrooms and the free drinks in the foyer, including coffee, juice, and hot chocolate. It might be pricier than what we usually choose, but it was absolutely worth it!

I honestly can't find any faults!

Great free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Luggage storage was handy. The lift was convenient, but breakfast variety was limited.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, with free wi-fi and a convenient location near a train station that made exploring the area effortless.

A bit more breakfast variety would be welcome!!! The fixed Japanese breakfast is a challenge early in the morning for those not fond of fish. Also, the coin laundry being offsite is inconvenient!!!

The Superior Twin Room was super comfy with quality beds. I loved the bathroom—it had a separate toilet which was nice. Plus, they gave us cute pajamas! Free drinks in the fridge were a great bonus. Just a bit pricy for what it is, but still a lovely experience.

the staff at zoushi were incredibly warm and welcoming. the evenings brought complimentary udon, and breakfast was a beautifully presented feast. the hotel’s design draws you in, making every corner a delight to explore.

We arrived and were welcomed with tea and sweets, such a nice surprise! I loved the pajamas they provided, so comfortable, ended up looking for the same ones online. The breakfast had this amazing traditional feel, especially the miso soup served every evening. The staff was genuinely friendly, smiles everywhere! They really made us feel at home.

I had a lovely time enjoying the cozy pajamas and the herbal bath salts they offered upon arrival. For relaxation, they have a TV room and a lounge area that's perfect for unwinding. The only downside was that the location is a bit away from the nightlife scene, but there are still plenty of good spots nearby. 😊
