The open-air bar with a relaxing deck adjacent to the pool made me feel like I was sipping cocktails in a tropical paradise. the extensive range of mocktails and wines added a touch of class to my evenings, making every sip a mini-vacation in itself.

The backwater and beach access were awesome, and the restaurant staff were super friendly. We loved the tasty food and the clean swimming pool, even though there were a few broken tiles. the spa and outdoor swimming pool were great for relaxing, but the jacuzzi in the room only had cold water and took forever to fill up! 🌊.

The property is set amidst stunning natural landscapes with friendly and attentive staff. Despite some maintenance issues like dirty jacuzzis and average food quality, the serene atmosphere, spacious grounds, and beach access make for a pleasant stay. The wait for the buggy and high food prices were drawbacks, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Beautiful property with indoor/outdoor facilities, private beach, backwater lake. Excellent service, friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Mesmerizing spa, yoga classes available. Fishing, kayaking, cycling, and Club Car rides offered. Well-maintained swimming pool with a great view. Good breakfast spread.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a great time during the New Year’s Eve party. the drinks were top notch and there was free flowing food which everybody enjoyed. the DJ was amazing and made sure everybody was in the party mood. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. the staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the rooms were not up to the mark. the bedsheets and towels were not changed regularly and the bathroom had a peculiar smell.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was welcomed with a serene ambiance that immediately put me at ease. the luxurious amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center, ensured that I was fully relaxed and pampered during my stay. the beach access was a highlight, but the real standout aspect was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were always on hand to help with anything I needed.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant buffet, which could have had a wider selection given the price. despite this, the restaurant itself was still top-notch and provided delicious meals.
