We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the room was clean, with a big bathroom which was perfect for our relaxation. the location was key, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We also loved the convenience of the mobile phone provided in the room, making it easy to navigate around the city.

The only downfall was the small size of the bed. It was quite cramped for the two of us, and there was limited space for our bags.

Although they were alright, we felt that they could have been more welcoming and attentive. the absence of a portable internet device was a letdown, as it has become a standard in many hotels in Asia.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the convenient location of Hotel Gracery Ginza. It was within walking distance to shopping areas and several subway stations. The neighborhood was also quiet, which was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly polite, patient, and supportive. We also appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby all the time. The room and bathroom were clean and the size was good enough for us. it offered good value for money and we had a fantastic experience.
