The hotel offers exclusive amenities, from the indoor heated pool to the luxurious sauna and private facilities. the service is impeccable and top-notch, making us feel welcome and relaxed during our entire stay. the location, at the bottom of the ski lift, is perfect for those looking for a ski holiday.

If there was one minor issue we encountered, it would be the limited food choices at dinner. While the formal meals were delicious, we would have preferred a more casual option to choose from after a long day on the slopes.

The staff at Grand Phenix Okushiga were incredible! They went above and beyond to help us with our car and even arranged for winter tyre chains in Nagano. We felt well taken care of and the customer service was superb. The location next to the slopes was perfect, and we had the onsen all to ourselves. The food was delicious, especially the meals enjoyed with lovely Ikeda-san at the restaurant, and the view was breathtaking. Although the hotel is slightly remote and the roads were clear by April, it added to the charm of our drive up the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous staff, convenient location, and unforgettable experience.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it had a cozy and festive atmosphere. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with fresh towels and extra blankets upon request. the hot springs were a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing. the ski-in/ski-out location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to hit the slopes as soon as we walked out the door.

The limited options were not very appetizing and the desserts were lackluster. the rooms were also outdated and lacked modern amenities such as a TV.
