the staff was extemely unhelpful when I needed clean towels, as if I was asking for their first born. breakfast was quite the adventure too— with limited options and a breakfast lady hovering over us like a vulture. somehow, I also expected complimentary bottled water, but that was apparently too much to ask. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

My overall experience was marred by issues during my stay. The check-in process was frustrating. while one staff member was unhelpful, another was kind enough to assist later, which shouldn't have to be the case. Additionally, a lack of providing complimentary bottled water for guests felt inconsiderate, especially since paying for basic amenities in the hotel is a hassle. Overall, I feel let down by the service I received and expected much more.

The staff was really friendly and honest. Location was great with lots to choose from for dinner and easy to get to different areas for shopping too. The breakfast had a nice variety to start the day!

Just a great fit for a quick stopover in Markham with great value for money. The room was nice and spacious, making it easy to relax after a long drive. If you're looking for a stress-free experience, make sure to check in early to beat the rush.

This hotel provided a spacious, clean room where my family felt right at home. The friendly staff always greeted us warmly and even reached out via text to check if we needed anything. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the pool was perfect for our kids!

The parking was a bit tricky, especially since the front lot fills up quickly. It was icy during our stay, making navigation tougher. Also, some guests were noisy in the hallway, which disrupted the peace.

My wife says that the poorly ventilated pool area made it tough for our little ones to enjoy swimming. A fan or better air circulation would help families relax.

the hotel has a guest laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer. there were barking dogs all night, which was very annoying and disrupted our sleep.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped me print tickets! I always feel welcomed here, and I’ll be back for a weekend.
