Outstanding staff, accommodating late arrivals with bento boxes. Beautiful Mt. Fuji room with stunning garden view. Convenient access to Miho Pine Grove and beach. Helpful staff providing local bus information. Private dining room for missed kaiseki dinner was a culinary delight.

We had a wonderful family stay at this charming ryokan. The location was perfect, just a short walk down a boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even preparing bento boxes for dinner when we arrived late. The breakfast, served in traditional Japanese style, was delicious and satisfying. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the grounds and the nearby pine forest from our balcony. The hotel offered a range of facilities, including a pool onsen and a souvenir shop. it was a memorable experience.

The hotel's front reception had limited service after 9:00 or 10:00pm, which could be inconvenient for late arrivals.

The kaiseki dinner at Hotel Hagoromo was a disappointment. The portions were small and the menu was not as advertised. The prices on the English menu were unfair compared to the Japanese menu. However, the public bath was excellent, and the location near the seaside was perfect for morning walks. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and in a nice area. the room was spacious and had a traditional Japanese style that we really enjoyed. the onsen pool was also fantastic and very relaxing.

The staff's lack of English made it difficult to communicate and get information about the hotel and the area. the room had a strange smell that we couldn't get rid of and the air conditioning didn't work properly.
