Fantastic public bath, a serene atmosphere.

The bathroom layout in my room was quite odd, with the sink placed above the toilet, which took some getting used to. It was also frustrating to find that numerous amenities weren't provided in the room, requiring trips to the lobby for basic items. The gym usage policy was inconvenient as you had to make a reservation, which was an added hassle during our stay.

The all-day snack bar was a delightful surprise, always stocked with a variety of options, which made our return to the hotel feel welcoming.

However, the breakfast menu lacked variety, as it felt repetitive and could benefit from a wider selection of fresh items.

I was disappointed to find the shower curtains had a persistent odor that required constant spraying with the provided disinfectant. Additionally, the noise level from the hallway and outside was bothersome, as I could hear guests and traffic even on the 10th floor. To top it off, the lack of breakfast options for early checkout costs felt unfair, as we were denied a simple 'to-go' breakfast despite having paid for it.

The elegant facilities, spacious rooms, and a fantastic breakfast spread made our stay delightful. The onsen on the top floor was a splendid way to unwind after long days exploring.

Getting to the hotel from the train station required navigating tricky underground pathways, and the absence of an elevator between floors made transporting luggage a hassle.

the lift system is painfully slow and makes you feel like you’re waiting for an eternity, defintely not what one expects. also, the noise from the ventilation kept me awake, and earplugs just didn’t do the trick, which is so rude. i expected at least a welcome gift for all the trouble but nothing, just my luck!

Charming place to relax while enjoying great coffee and snacks available throughout the day, and the spacious breakfast buffet offers delightful savory selections.

I loved the cozy feel, especially the free evening cocktails and amazing snacks. The onsen was a fantastic daily retreat, but I wish there were more closet space in the room. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Amazing Onsen Experience!

This place is awesome! The onsen on the upper floor was our daily retreat, super relaxing. The breakfast was on point, never got bored with all those Japanese flavors. One thing tho, the lifts were kinda slow at times, especially during rush hour. The restaurant was also nice, great vibes there.

The deluxe double room was super spacious, and I really enjoyed the all-day snacks and the nightly happy hour. The only downside was the slow elevators. I’d totally come back!

Fantastic location close to Osaka Station and subway lines. The onsen was super relaxing with two massage chairs available. Complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day were a nice touch (made us feel extra welcome).
