Furthermore, the hotel is very near to the Herbis airport shuttle bus stop, providing easy access to and from the airport.

One minor issue was the noise from other patrons during the "happy hour" at the hotel, which affected the overall atmosphere.

The location of Intergate Osaka Umeda was amazing, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Osaka Station just a short walk away. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the opportunity to charge my phone through USB in the room, as I had forgotten my adapter. The complimentary spa and fast WiFi were also a plus. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the excellent vegetable-rich buffet breakfast with many Japanese food options. The complimentary evening snack of ochazuke and miso soup was a fantastic touch. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it convenient for travelling to other cities. The hotel also had great washing machine facilities and a self-storage locker system.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Intergate Osaka Umeda and it was one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever experienced. the room was impeccably clean, which is a priority for me, and the view from the Intergate floor was stunning. I was impressed with the comfortable bed and efficient yet quiet air conditioning system. the sleeping mode setting really helped me get a good night's sleep. There was also ample space to hang clothes, which is always a plus. the spa floor was a great way to relax, and the hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping options and multiple train and subway lines. transport to different areas was a breeze with the nearby airport and highway buses.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Japan! the Intergate Osaka Umeda was fantastic. It's a very modern hotel with amazing amenities, like an onsen and complimentary coffee, snacks, wine, cocktails, and late-night snacks. the rooms are spacious and modern, and the location is perfect. Just a 5-minute walk from Nishi Umeda Station, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby. the breakfast selection is great and there's so much food. We also appreciated the thoughtful service, like a light supper after a busy day exploring Dotonburi and complimentary coffee or tea. the location is away from the bustling streets of Osaka but still has good transport connections.
