The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item from our previous hotel. Despite the language barrier and our inability to make calls, she contacted the previous hotel and arranged for the item to be delivered to our current hotel in Tokyo. Her effort and assistance were truly remarkable, and it made us appreciate the hotel and Osaka even more. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
