The check-in/check-out process was a breeze and the staff were really friendly. They provided us with all the information we needed to take the shuttle to the nearby airport terminal. Speaking of the shuttle, it was incredibly convenient, taking only 10-15 minutes and best of all, it was free! Another great aspect of the hotel was its location. There were plenty of cheap restaurants nearby, making it easy to find affordable dining options.

One downside was the air conditioning in the room. It took a while to cool down and the room had a somewhat stale smell.

The value for money at Hotel Jal City was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for solo or couple travelers. The location was convenient, with a shuttle bus service to Haneda Airport and a train station nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport with free shuttle service. The room is clean and quiet, equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a short stay. Moreover, the breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from.

The dinner experience can be a bit disappointing due to slow service, unlike other places in the area.

My room had a storage area for two large suitcases, which was very convenient. The size of the room was decent, especially considering the typical size in Japan. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, it was very close to the airport and offered a free shuttle bus that ran directly between the hotel and the airport every half an hour, 24 hours a day. This convenience made my travel experience seamless.

During my Christmas holiday at this hotel, I was impressed with two key aspects. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were taken care of. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short distance from the airport. This made it convenient for me to catch my flight without any hassle. Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that there were several 24-hour markets and eateries nearby, making it easy to find food at any time.

On the downside, I found that the shuttle bus operating times were quite inconvenient. It was disappointing that there was no bus to the hotel before 5 p.m. and no bus from the airport after noon.

Some local shops are available for purchasing food. a recommended stay.

During our recent stay at Hotel Jal City, we were delighted to discover the fantastic breakfast options available. They offered a true Japanese breakfast experience with a wide selection of delicious dishes, as well as a good range of Western options. The location of the hotel near the airport was also a great advantage for us, as it made our transit stop and late-night arrival much more convenient. The easy shuttle service from Haneda Airport to the hotel was a breeze, with regular departures from the "chartered bus" stop just outside the airport. Additionally, the hotel was just a 4-minute walk away from the metro station, allowing us easy access to Tokyo city. we highly recommend Hotel Jal City for its excellent breakfast and great location near the airport.
