We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the train station and conveniently located near all major tourist areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms which were cleaned well every day. The breakfast offered a variety of options including Japanese, Korean, and continental dishes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and even helping us retrieve a forgotten item. The convenience of having 24-hour restaurants and convenience stores nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is perfect! We were within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, and there were also nearby subway stations. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels nearby. The breakfast offered a great mix of Japanese, Korean, and continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even helped us retrieve a forgotten item from our room. Highly recommended!

Best aspects of my Christmas stay were the friendly staff and the clean room. the staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Lin who went above and beyond to assist us with our transportation needs and late departure. the room was spotless and spacious, perfect for our group of three. the location was also a huge plus as it was right beside Nagahoribashi train station and within walking distance to Dontobori and Shinsaibashi station. Convenience was at its best with a 7/11 just across the small lane and 24-hour eateries nearby. service, cleanliness, and location made our stay truly enjoyable.

The occasional weird smell in the room.
