I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me, as it was so close to the town centre and provided easy access to bird watching on the estuary. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning with beautiful decor and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a great choice of cooked food. I also loved sitting on the terrace at the front of the hotel, enjoying the view of the green and passing people.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to numerous pubs and eateries. Despite being near a noisy pub, our room was quiet and spacious, with a lovely view of the car park. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the well-stocked complimentary tray, complete with a small china tea pot. The bathroom was beautiful, with a swan-shaped bath towel as a welcome touch. The White Company toiletries were great and we also had an additional walk in wardrobe/dressing room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received an invitation to a charity dining event. Though it was a noisy evening, the event ended promptly and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel!

If you're looking for a relaxing break by the sea, this hotel is perfect. It's conveniently located, close to everything, including great restaurants in Lytham. The room was nice and the ensuite bathroom, though small, was stylish. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience special. The breakfast was good, and the seafront view was lovely. The hotel also offers onsite parking and has undergone recent improvements.

There was a bit of noise from a wedding taking place at the hotel, which could be disturbing at times.

Had a pleasant experience during my Christmas stay. the restaurant was tastefully decorated and the lunch was beautifully presented. the staff was very attentive and helpful, providing us with a spoon when one of our elderly family members found it difficult to eat their meal. the location was excellent for doing Christmas shopping with easy access to nearby shops.

It is important to check if there is a wedding booked during your stay as the hotel may not have the space or facilities to cope with both hotel guests and wedding guests. This can lead to a total disaster from a guest's point of view, as experienced by some guests on their second day of stay.

The hotel itself was grand and had a stunning location. the recently refurbished room was comfortable and the bathroom had quality toiletries. the included breakfast was of good quality and the lounge seating areas were comfortable. the staff, although lacking concern at times, were friendly, helpful, and professional. the hotel's location near shops and other facilities was convenient for our city trip. However, the lack of attention to detail in the rooms and the staff's handling of the breakfast situation overshadowed these positive aspects.

the room we were given was directly above the function suite, despite our request for a quiet room. We were told we could possibly move for the following night, but we didn't bother.

The Cottage Suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food, especially the dinner menu, was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Clifton Arms for a birthday night away and I couldn't fault it. The staff were amazing - helpful, professional, and courteous. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The food was fantastic with a great choice and perfectly cooked. The location was ideal, close to shops, bars, and restaurants, and with a beautiful view of the estuary from the front patio area. Adequate free parking was available for residents. Definitely worth paying a little extra to stay here.
