The indoor onsen needs refurbishing.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on a hill and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the city from our balcony. The staff, especially Mr. Taku Yamada, the Sales Manager, provided exceptional service and his excellent English made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, making it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions.

This hotel is perfect if you're looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by stunning mountain views. The buffet dinner was a highlight with an impressive variety of delicious dishes and a cozy atmosphere. The hot spring bath was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring, with the water leaving our skin feeling silky smooth. Another plus was the friendly staff who were always happy to help with any questions we had.

The hotel is located up a steep hill, so it's not easily accessible by foot and can be a bit of a challenge to get to. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was a bit hit and miss, with some drivers not speaking English making communication difficult.
