I recently stayed at a lovely new hotel in the city center, close to all the attractions. The room at this hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet, providing everything I needed for a good rest. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and Kuu Kyoto's receptionists were especially helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast featuring Japanese and European cuisine. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Kuu!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It's also close to downtown and easily accessible by bus. The room size is reasonable and they have a small onsen in the hotel, which is a nice amenity. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is excellent.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, as it is very close to the train station and right opposite a beautiful temple. It is also in the city center, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the public bath, which has a sauna and a cold bath too. The breakfast options are abundant, and the chef can even make you a personalized omelette. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist with late checkout, providing travel directions, and even offering an international adapter.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenience of the washer and dryer on the premises. It saved me the hassle of finding a laundromat in the city.

During my Christmas trip, I found the hotel to be in a great area close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they provided me with warm slippers which was appreciated considering the cold weather. I also enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a decent spread of food.

My room was not up to my expectations. the heating system was not working properly, and the room was very cold.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Kuu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, despite being a bit small. The location was perfect for sightseeing, being close to Kyoto Station and with a stunning temple across the street. The staff went above and beyond to help, despite the language barrier.

The menu for breakfast could be improved, maybe by offering more variety.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kuu for a short trip and it was the best hotel experience I've had. The staff went above and beyond when I had to visit the hospital for an allergic reaction, arranging a visit and providing an interpreter. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the station, and there are convenient transportation options nearby. The hotel is beautifully designed with a calming Zen-inspired look, and the rooms are extremely clean. The onsen is a wonderful treat, and the added touch of a Japanese snack in the room was delightful.
