We enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a beautiful floor, to, ceiling garden view. the bathroom was luxurious with a rainwater shower and bathtub. the hotel's self, check, in was convenient, and the staff's help when we booked the wrong week was exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located near the famous Kiyomizu-dera temple, allowing guests to easily explore this iconic attraction. Additionally, there are several convenient stores in the vicinity, providing a quick and easy access to any essentials needed during the stay. The nearest station is just a short walk away, making it convenient for guests to explore other parts of the city.

The feedback form we found in the room was only available in Japanese, making it difficult for non-Japanese speakers to provide their feedback.

The pillows were really soft and the room was quite spacious. the bathroom was big enough to move around in, with a neat showerhead to match. the location was great, not too far from some popular temples. the little garden was super cute and relaxing, it was even better when the lights were on just before bedtime. Coffee was available and it was free! Other amenities were provided too, which was nice.

During our Christmas stay, the hotel felt a little too quiet for us. the lack of shops or convenience stores nearby made it hard to find any last-minute Christmas gifts or snacks.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process using the tablet was smooth and convenient. We were impressed with the amenities provided, including free Nespresso coffee, tea, and amazing toiletries. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best we've ever experienced. The small garden outside our room added a charming touch to our stay. The hotel's location in a peaceful and centrally located neighborhood was a huge plus, as it was just a short walk from popular attractions like the National Museum and Sanjusangendo Temple.

We had an amazing stay at Kyotology. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pocket moss garden through the floor-to-ceiling window. the bathroom was luxurious with a rainshower and bathtub. We appreciated the free use of the washer and dryer, as well as the amenities provided such as pyjamas and PIN code lock on the room door. the hotel had a nice interior design and clear communication before our arrival. We were able to precheckin and store our luggage at the hotel prior to check-in. There were also convenient facilities like a coffee and hot water machine, microwave, and toaster oven to use.
