The hotel had an excellent location as it was connected to a huge shopping centre with various restaurants and shops. the breakfast was very good and included fresh veggies and fruits. the room had a great view, especially at night. the furnishings were nice and the range of bathroom amenities was adequate.

The hotel could improve in some areas. the toilet paper provided was very thin and of poor quality.

Our stay at the Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East was exceptional. The location, right in the heart of downtown Sendai, was perfect for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The room, although on the smaller side, was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The highlight of our stay was the shower, with a huge shower head and adjustable jets that made for a luxurious bathing experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful nighttime view of the area behind Sendai Station from our room. The hotel's proximity to shops, movie theaters, and restaurants was very convenient. Additionally, the comfortable bed, English newspaper, and coffee machine in the room added to our overall satisfaction. Using the lounge area in the evening for some relaxation before heading out was a nice touch as well.
